On Wednesday 27th September, Portman Building Society launch two new products:
- NEW 3 year fixed rate at 5.09% with no fee
- NEW 5 year fixed rate at 4.99% with a £499 fee
We are also pleased to announce the following rate and fee reductions to our current product range:
- 2 year fixed rate at 4.89% reduced to an outstanding rate of 4.75% with a reduced fee of £499 (was £599)
- 2 year fixed at 4.99%, the fee has been reduced to £499 (was £649), free valuation* and free legal fees** or £250 cashback
- 3 year fixed at 4.99%, the fee has been reduced to £499 (was £699)
- 3 year fixed at 5.09%, the fee has been reduced to £499 (was £699), free valuation* and free legal fees** or £250 cashback
- 3 year fixed rate at 5.35% reduced to 5.25% with no fee, free valuation* and free legal fees** or £250 cashback
- 5 year fixed rate at 5.24% reduced to 5.09% with no fee (was £499)
- 5 year fixed rate at 5.29% reduced to 5.09% with a £499 fee, free valuation* and free legal fees** or £250 cashback
- 5 year fixed rate at 5.44% reduced to 5.25% with no fee, free valuation* and free legal fees** or £250 cashback
- All end dates across the whole product range have been extended to 31st October.
