NEW SPECIALIST MORTGAGE DEALS UNVEILED BY ALLIANCE & LlEICESTER
Alliance & Leicester has unveiled its latest range of prime self-certified, near prime and near prime Buy-To-Let mortgage deals, which are available from Wednesday, 13 June. They include:
- Self-Certified – 2 year fixed rate 5.69%, maximum LTV 85%, arrangement fee £1,999. ERC 6% until 31/08/09
- Near Prime – 2 year fixed rate 5.69%, maximum LTV 80%, arrangement fee £1,999. ERC 6% until 31/08/09
- Near Prime Buy-to-Let – 2 year fixed rate 5.84%, maximum LTV 75%, arrangement fee £1,999. 110% rental cover required at BBR + 1%. ERC 6% until 31/08/09
