Mortgage Consultant (Industry Qualified Professional)
Job Location - Norwich/Norfolk
As a result of ongoing expansion Go Direct are currently looking to expand their expert team of advisers.
We are offering a Self Employed proposition with uncapped earning potential. All leads are provided and we offer flexible working hours. The ideal candidates will be numerate, confident and able to prioritise work while managing multiple tasks. They must also possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
This will be an office based role where your duties will include:
- Interviewing and telephoning customers regarding their mortgage needs.
Completing mortgage fact finds - Assessing individual customer credit history
- Collating all information then advising on the figure the customer can borrow
- Advising on the suitable mortgage product from our independent sourcing systems
- Cross selling insurance & protection products
The successful candidates will hold full CeMAP qualifications and preferably have a working knowledge of the self cert/sub-prime/Buy to Let mortgage market.
