ALLIANCE & LEICESTER'S NEW MORTGAGE PORTFOLIO
With effect from 27 September Alliance & Leicester's mortgage portfolio will change - see below for summary of changes:
- 2 year fixed @ 4.94% (max loan £250k) - product now includes free valuation (refunded on completion) for remortgage customers!! Fee £599 - previously £499
- 2 year fixed (max loan £250,000, fee £999) reduced to 4.64% (previously 4.69%) - this product no longer has free legals or £250 cashback for remortgage customers
- 3 year fixed reduced to 5.09% (previously 5.14%) - product now includes free valuation (refunded on completion), free legals or £250 cashback for remortgage customers. Fee £599 - previously £499
- 3 year fixed FeeSaver reduced to 5.59% (previously 5.69%)
- 5 year fixed reduced to 5.09% (previously 5.19%) - product now includes free valuation (refunded on completion), free legals or £250 cashback for remortgage customers. Fee £599 - previously £499
- 5 year fixed FeeSaver reduced to 5.59% (previously 5.74%)
- End dates for all fixed rate products extended to 31 October
- Launch of a new 2 year base rate tracker @ 4.49% (max loan £250k) - £699 arrangement fee, free valuation (refunded on completion), free legals or £250 cashback for remortgage customers
- Withdrawal of remortgage 2 year base rate trackers, of 4.49% (max loan £250) - these products will be withdrawn and not replaced
